Permata Hijau Town House can be considered as one successful project of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. This statement can be seen from the number of units that had been sold and inhabited from the previous phases. From this fact, it can be seen that the demand of town houses, especially at this location, is still quite high. These town houses are mostly inhabited by students of Universitas Pelita Harapan as one of the fastest growing university in Indonesia. Considering this fact, Lippo continued the project by starting the construction of the 5th phase. The 5th phase consists of 57 units that are divided in 33 lots. There are 8 types of unit in this project, which are exactly the same with those that had been constructed previously. Two main contractors appointed to do the construction process are PT S.A.S. and PT Hasco Reka Cipta. The owner’s side is represented by two field supevisor: Bpk. Sudiran and Bpk. Kuwat. This paper is explaining the overall details of the project, especially the construction process in the field.
