Pelita Harapan University is one of the best university in Jakarta. In its development, annually grow up become successfully. Surely, it needs more space for additional classes. Because of that, Pelita Harapan University wants to build a new building only for new classes. And Pelita Harapan University proposed this to the owner PT. Lippo Karawaci as the developer of all buildings in Lippo Karawaci. It handles all things from the design until construction term. The new building is called “Gedung F Universitas Pelita Harapan”. It contains five floors, which is the ground floor is for parking area and upperground until 3rd floor is for classes. Each floor contains seven classes. The construction will be done in approximately four months. And it can’t deny that this project is done in short term. Overall, the design of Gedung F is integrated with the old parts (Gedung A, Gedung B, Gedung D, and Gym Court). It’s placed behind the gym court, and it “ takes” the parking lot. This paper will study the processes from design until construction in field of Gedung F Universitas Pelita Harapan
