Currently Bojong Jaya is experiencing a quite rapid growth ecomically. There are a lot of field of business in various scale, but they do not spread equally. Therefore, Bojong Jaya needs office buildings that facilitate business activities so the area can be more organized and centered. Generally office buildings have wide, tall windows that increase indoor temperature. The use of AC and other office equipments also generate VOC that contaminate both indoor and outdoor air quality which can cause ecological unbalance. Hence, the idea of designing office park building with green design is raised. Office park, can also be named as office complex, is several buildings that have unity in its design and usability as offices. Office park type is chosen to maximize the total area of site that does not allow the establishment of high-rise buildings. The building’s green desain is made to escalate the users’ comfort and have positive impacts to its environment. This office park’s green design is applied on the interior of the building in the forms of good ventilation, solar heat insulation, and indoor green wall. While green design on the building exterior is applied in the forms of green roof, green wall, and green space. These visual green designs do not only add the building’s aesthetic, but also capable of filtering VOC on the polluted air, reducing solar heat 5°-30°C, absorping noise from outdoor to reach maximum comfort 35-50 decibel, and becoming public area for non-business activities.
