The proposal of this thesis discusses a sports stadium in the modern era as a facilities that needed in civilization in the City nowadays. Stadium Building used to be a city landmark and a place for the community. For example, in Jakarta there having Bung Karno stadium and Persija. The stadium and its relation with the community on the city had an influence to affect the identity of the city. Regional identity and relationship to the place (region footprint) as a fragment of a city / developing countries. Bali as a city that has a strong cultural identity and authentic values in the tourism market is a compelling reason to be tread design . Another reason is the foreign tourists who bring foreign customs in Bali later influencing the culture of Bali . Solution in solving design problems in the Football Stadium Pecatu District, Bali is to respond to the footprint field orientation and attention to the needs that need to be accommodated by the seven types of users of the stadium.
